Q: I've lost my ID Card and I need to go to the doctor. What do I do?
A: If you do not know your Member ID, call us. Your doctor can call our verification system and use your ID number to check your eligibility. You should call us at your earliest convenience to have your card replaced.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: You may call our Member Services department Monday-Friday 8AM-7PM. However, you may leave us a message after hours, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays and we will return your call the next business day.
