Simply Healthcare Plans, licensed HMO in the State of Florida, was established in 2010. The organization is located in southeastern Florida and is headquartered in the Coral Gables area and provides health care services to Medicaid and Healthy Kids populations. Simply Healthcare Plans offers a comprehensive health care delivery system that includes health care networks comprised of most area hospitals, as well as specialty and primary care physicians within its service area of Miami-Dade. In addition, we also provide health care services to Medicaid recipients within the service areas of Hillsborough, Osceola, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk and Seminole counties.
